Abstract
Most of an adrenal cyst, a rare lesion, is discovered incidentally. It is generally small and asymptomatic. However, an enlarged cyst can cause abdominal pain and gastrointestinal disturbances or become palpable. In this case, the cystic lesion has to be excised to improve symptoms and to rule out malignancy. Recently laparoscopic adrenal cyst excision provide safe and equally effective alternative to open surgery. We reported a case of the huge adrenal endothelial cyst in a 40-year-old male. As we know, this case of the huge adrenal cyst is the first report of laparoscopic treatment in Korea. (Korean J Urol Oncol 2007;5:105-107)
