Bladder cancer is the most common urinary tract malignancy that show about 25% invasive rate at diagnosis and have the potential distant metastasis in 50% of invasive cancer. The main primary sites for metastatic bladder cancer are liver, lung and bone. Cutaneous metastasis is rare and generally accepted as the late manifestation of systemic spread. Otherwise, seeding of bladder cancer outside urinary tract often occurs after iatrogenic procedures, such as suprapubic cystostomy, laparoscopy. We report a case of 70-year-old male with primary cutaneous metastasis of invasive bladder cancer without solid organ metastasis. (Korean J Uro-Oncol 2006; 4:31-33)
